  1. Do I need an appointment to come in? Is it necessary to call ahead to schedule a tour?
    NO, you do not need an appointment to visit. You may come in any time during regular business hours.


  2. Is someone there to show me how to use the equipment & assist me if I need help?
    When you join the club, you are scheduled for an orientation with a trainer who demonstrates and explains proper use of any equipment you will be using. Staff are always available to assist with questions.


  3. Must you sign a long term contract to join?
    NO. All members must sign a membership agreement which outlines terms of the membership. However, you can cancel at any time for any reason with one month’s written notice.


  4. Can I try out the club before joining?
    YES. (See Coupon for one free week.)


  5. How large is the Pool?
    The RSC pool is 48 feet or approximately 14.5 meters long and graduates from 3 feet to 5 feet in depth.


  6. Does RSC have Childcare?
    YES, RSC has a large, well staffed Childcare Room.


  7. Is Personal Training available?
    YES, but it is not included with membership - there is an additional charge.


  8. Do you have Tanning?
    YES. There is an additional charge - Tanning is NOT included with membership.


  9. Do you have Massage?
    YES. Massage is NOT included with membership. There is an additional charge.


  10. Can Members bring a Guest?
    YES. A photo I.D. is required for all Guests. A first time Guest visit is FREE. The Guest Fee is $10 thereafter.


  11. What are the club’s busiest times?
    Monday - Wednesday 5pm - 7 pm, and Saturday 9 am - noon.


  12. Are there short-term Memberships available?
    YES. Short term memberships of one week, two weeks, and one month are available. There is no enrollment charge with these memberships.


  13. Do you sell Gift Certificates?
    YES. Gift Certificates can be purchased in dollar amounts, for specific services, or for membership time.


  14. How do I cancel a Membership?
    CANCELLATIONS MUST ALWAYS BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING WITH A SIGNATURE GIVING A ONE MONTH ADVANCE NOTICE. It can be sent via U.S. Mail or by fax to RSC at 610-833-2003, or a cancellation form can be completed in person at the front desk. If mailed or faxed, it is the responsibility of the Member to verify receipt by RSC. RESIGNATIONS ARE NEVER ACCEPTED ONLINE AND CANNOT BE SUBMITTED BY E-MAIL. CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY THE MEMBER OR THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MONTHLY PAYMENTS (BILLING PROVIDER).


  15. I'm traveling, can I use my RSC Membership at other clubs?
    Yes. RSC is a member of the IHRSA Passport Program, giving our members access to 1000s of IHRSA Passport Member Clubs worldwide. IHRSA recommends that you CALL AHEAD to confirm membership and verify any guest fees that might apply. Please visit www.healthclubs.com/passport/ to learn more and search for a club.
