MEMBERSHIP - POLICIES
MEMBER CHECK-IN Members must present a valid membership card at the front desk to use the club.
GUESTS Non-members may use the club provided they pay the required guest fee, are at least 18 years of age, and present a photo I.D.
MEMBERSHIP CARD REPLACEMENT There is a $5 charge to replace a lost membership card.
CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP Memberships can be cancelled at any time for any reason with a one month advance written notice. Written signed notice of cancellation can be submitted at the front desk, sent by U.S.Mail, or faxed to the club. Cancellations must be submitted by the member or the person responsible for the monthly payments (Billing Provider). Notice of cancellation can never be submitted via e-mail and such notice is invalid without exception.
SPECIAL EVENTS RSC reserves the right to utilize specific areas of the facility to accomodate private parties and member events. Every effort will be made to notify members in advance of such activity.
LOCKER ROOMS Lockers are provided but members must provide a lock to secure their belongings. Locks and belongings must be removed when member departs the club. RSC is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
IHRSA PASSPORT PRIVILEGES RSC is a participating IHRSA (International Health, Racquet, and Sports Club Association) Passport Club which entitles our members to utilize other Passport Clubs for a nominal charge when traveling out of the area.
CLUB ETIQUETTE To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all, members and guests are expected to behave responsibly and courteously towards others. RSC reserves the right to revoke membership or guest privileges from anyone whose conduct is offensive or unsafe toward others.
CHILDREN AND JUNIOR MEMBERS All children and junior members must have a parent or guardian present in the club at all times.
